Job Description
o Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
o Respond promptly to customer inquiries
o Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and online chat in a fast-
paced environment
o Provide real-time support, through a chat agent and thoroughly document each customers question or
problem as well as the resulting answer or solution
o Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
o Maintain thorough knowledge of products to easily answer customer questions
o Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
o Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
o Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
o Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
o Requirements
o High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
o Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
o Experience working in a chat environment such as, LiveChat
o Comfortable using computers
o Experience working with customer support

Salary: $40,000.00 to $45,000.00 /year
