Our licensed, non-public, cooperative nursery school is looking for a caring, personable and energetic teacher for our Two-Year-Old class.
When? This position is currently available in April 2020 with the option to continue. This is a part-time position, for two mornings a week. Our school essentially follows MCPS with regards to holidays, school vacations, snow days and delayed openings.
Days & Hours? Tuesday and Thursday mornings, from 9:15 to 1:00 p.m., plus a monthly staff meeting.
Qualifications? A qualified applicant must have a B.A. or B.S. in Early Childhood Education or an undergraduate degree plus the 90 Hour Early Childhood Education certification, and meet Office of Child Care requirements by the start of employment. Experience in a cooperative nursery school is preferred.

At RPCNS a teacher works with the parent members of her students, who function in their childâs class as the teacher assistant, on a regularly scheduled basis.
