The project is a conversion from an existing, unoccupied, commercial office to a 4-unit multifamily condo.
The architectural drawings have been provided and completed by DC architectural design firm. Project already has engineering drawings and is ready to have building permit issued. Looking to change AOR on drawing documents.
Need this quickly and will pay a fee.
Designer is insured and can agree to non-liability.
