Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience and a minimum of 10 years’ experience. Additional experience may be substituted for degree. Minimum of 6 years of related experience in a technical position supporting server environments.
- Experience with various technologies including items such as: Windows Operating Systems 2012, 2016, 2019, and VMware ESX/ESXi/View.
- Experience with Active Directory Management to include: User and group account administration, Endpoint device administration and Ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
- Designing and implementing a Microsoft Windows Network Infrastructure
- In-depth knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP technologies on Windows

Must be proficient with:
- ASP.NET
- SQL Server
- Application Development
- Able to provide support for ongoing development of websites, creation of new ones from concept all the way to completion
- Be proficient in programming languages
- Understand APIs and web services for consuming JSON
- Competent in Microsoft PowerShell 5.0 or higher
- Experience with server monitoring tools - Thorough understanding of Active Directory DC design, Schema, OU design, AD replication topology, and DC backup/restore procedures - Excellent working knowledge of DNS, GPO's, Message tracking and performance - Prior experience with SharePoint Implementation and ongoing site maintenance and administration - Experience with working with end-users in developing, maintaining, and updating the content of SharePoint sites including migration of Classic to Modern pages. - Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining server hardware and associated equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Scripting skills and understanding of programming technologies including items such as: Batch, WinBatch, PERL, PowerShell, VBScript, VBA, .Net technologies, COM, and SQL.
Direct experience in a large-scale hosted computing environment managing hundreds of machines or more.
We are seeking a Windows Systems Architect/Administrator with Active Directory Management, and SharePoint Administration to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. Responsible for developing strategies for technical IT infrastructures and the completion of assigned engineering projects or may function as ongoing lead within a group of engineers associated with one or more technical areas within the Database/Applications functionality (such as, but not limited to, Engineering, Applets, implementation, or operations/user support).
Under general direction, the selected individual will have duties of providing Administrative support for Windows Servers/SharePoint Sites/Active Directory Management Leads for providing ongoing support to ITO/Client Business Solutions team. Troubleshooting and resolution for everyday day-to-day issues, code promotion, Trouble ticket and ISSM incidents Resolution. Responsible for Addresses search and Indexing Issues, and addresses site access issues. Provides detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvement optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for Client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues; and consults with client to define needs or challenges; while also supervising studies: leading surveys and performing data collection for Analyses used to advise and recommend/suggest solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Active Directory Management:
- User and group account administration
- Endpoint device administration
• SharePoint Administrator tasks:
- Design and develop SharePoint sites, pages, libraries, lists, views, and workflows.
- Provide support to end-users in maintaining content on their various web pages and assisting site owners with site development and maintenance.
- Create SharePoint wireframes and design mockups to present to clients.
- Facilitate data integrity and setup role-based access during transfer of data from Shared Drive to SharePoint Online.
- Serves as the primary contact for critical and high server based outages and communicates the status of the outage to infrastructure management.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), Installation Qualifications (IQs), and documentation adhering to industry best practices.
- Monitor and tune systems to achieve optimum performance levels; provide performance statistics and reports.
- Define and perform server backups and recovery procedures; participate in development, testing, and implementation of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Prioritize and respond to Service Desk tickets as appropriate.
- Provide timely response to escalations in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Define and implement strategies for integrating disparate operating environments.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other functional areas within IT to ensure availability, reliability and scalability of corporate servers to meet business requirements.
- Strong customer service orientation, proven ability to pay attention to details and proven dependability.
- Interact with immediate supervisor, team members, customers, and users on a daily basis.
