HTML 5 – How HTML5 works and it’s features. Browsers compatibility. CSS 3 / SASS – Basic knowledge on CSS 3 & SASS preprocessors. Angular specific styles guidelines. JavaScript – Basic knowledge on JSON, Objects and prototypal Inheritance. TypeScript – Knowledge on interfaces, type definitions and decorators. Angular Basics – Component / Directive life cycle, usage of Directives, Modules & Pipes, Guards, Interceptors, RxJS operators. Knowledge on release cycles of Angular framework. Async Programming – Knowledge on Promises & Observables. Difference between them and scenarios on when to use them appropriately. Angular Architecture – Basic understanding of Lazy loaded Modules, singleton implementation in Angular, change detection, Reactive Forms, integrating external libraries (grids, charts, typeaheads etc.,), Component to Component interaction. Understanding of Angular CLI. Unit testing (Jasmine) – Write unit tests using Jasmine framework. Source Control – Knowledge on Git commands and understanding of branching, PR etc., Authentication – Understanding of Single Sign-on, JWT Tokens & OAUTH2. Debugging & Performance – knowledge on effectively utilizing the Dev Tools for debugging the UI issues. Should know best practices on improving the overall web app performance.
