In this role, you willuse your administrative and organizational skills to provide generaladministrative support to Honeywell executives, including VP/GM. You will workclosely with the business leaders and enjoy a lot of interaction with internalemployees and external customers. Contribute in a team of highly committedprofessionals whose organizational and communication skills ensure smoothtravel planning, calendar coordination, complex meeting planning and otheradministrative business processes.Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars
Coordinate meetings
Plan complex travel
Interact with internal and external customers
Process expense reports and invoices
Manage supplies and other indirect purchases
Share information with admin assistants
Assist with the planning, coordination and
implementation of events.
Assist with team meetings – Creation/Management of SharePoint
sites, write-up, follow-up of meeting minutes, action item updates.
Preparation and distribution of meeting agenda’s,
presentations, etc.
Ability to travel to support customer events
YOU MUST HAVE
High School Diploma
Excellent computer literacy in a variety of Microsoft
and web-based programs - PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Experience supporting team of 4-6
Ability to easily and effectively juggle many priorities
and competing demands
Professional and courteous communication
Strong organizational skills
Highly dependable and trustworthy and able to manage
conflicting priorities and deadlines
Individuals who are self-motivated and do things before
being asked by others or forced to by events
Ability to focus on important information and identify
key detailsWE VALUE
