We apply the right mix of advisory and hands-on support across people and process optimization to make sure that our clients are successful in their digital transformation journey.What You'll DoThe Engagement Manager is responsible for the entire Sprinklr Services sales cycle which includes scoping, proposing, tracking and the closing of the sales opportunity. The Engagement Manager will work closely with the Sprinklr sales team to cultivate relationships with customers and build the foundation for a successful Sprinklr implementation for our customers.What Are Your Responsibilities

Work effectively with the Sales Team to win new business and grow existing accounts

Proactively scope projects with customers’ business and technical stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly defined

Propose complete integrated solution offerings that fit into customers’ business requirements to solve pain points

Create custom SOWs clearly detailing services activities, responsibilities, deliverables, timing and pricing

Develop relationships with key customers for growth and upside

Focus on account mapping with the Sales and Client Success team to form an integrated account plan and ultimately optimizing revenue and exceeding forecasts

Facilitate client workshops, presenting, and validating in order to achieve consensus on the proposed Sprinklr implementation plan

Manage discussions with client procurement and legal teams during contract negotiations

Work closely with the Sales team in order to manage Services pipeline for bookings and revenue forecasts

Participate in the lead generation process which includes RFP responses, account planning calls, and strategic services planning sessions

Identify opportunities to enhance existing or propose additional Sprinklr Services offerings

Responsible for maintaining proper levels of knowledge on Sprinklr solutions and methodology to be a trusted advisor during the sales cycle

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified

Minimum 5 to 7 years relevant consulting or industry experience in software implementation, business development, sales or professional services

Strong knowledge of software development life cycles, web technologies, web development processes

Extremely strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills

Decisive, quick thinking, and likes to task risks with a high level of integrity and honesty

Ability to solve problems with keen instincts and organizational experience

Competency working in a highly-matrixed environment with social skills to build relationships across the organization

Passion for solving client challenges and commitment to client delight

Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with little to no supervision

Ability to travel up to 30% on an annual basis

Bachelor’s degree required
