MUST:

Experienced Project Manager
10+ years of experience managing and maintaining full system development lifecycle from inception
8+ years of experience as a project manager
Experience managing small teams
Must have experience and understanding of processes or either unemployment insurance claim systems or Health benefit claims systems is required
Experience implementation of Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) solutions
Strong experience with Agile / Hybrid methodology
Strong experience with MS Office suite
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
A PMP Certification is a plus
Bachelors Degree in a relevant field (required)

DUTIES:
Will support be supporting and managing the unemployment benefit claims process
Help analyze unemployment benefit claims process and manage team and client relationship
Building applications and implementing COTS platforms
Assist in budgeting, vendor management, sync pack testing, system upgrades, support conversion and assist with internal communications and resource management as needed
Manage the implementation of projects on a daily basis including defining deliverables, creating and monitoring project schedules
Align project objectives with stakeholders' objectives
Create project plans, resource plans, program metrics, communication plans and develop analytics supporting life cycle activities
Develop communication plans to ensure business and executive stakeholders are well informed and are provided with accurate information to support decision making
Identify project dependencies and collaboratively work with team members to ensure the project schedule is followed
Effectively communicate project status, actions, decisions, risks, issues and schedule for the customer's project portfolio
Prepare executive steering committee communications
Oversee the implementation of Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) solutions and ensures overall quality
Collaborate between project team members to ensure the team is provided with clear and accurate information in a timely manner
Coordinate activities of sub-teams, provide reports on project progress to management and ensure adherence to sponsor's standards, processes, policies and procedures
Establish, coordinate and conduct governance and portfolio management activities in compliance with Capability Maturity Model (CMM) level 3 standards
Lead teams through collaborative technical decision solutioning and/or resolution of technical issues
