Salesforce CRM Product Manager Location: Washington DC, - Hybrid role 2 days / onsite Contract 1-2 Year Rate: DOE
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with ALL business teams in the definition of product features (requirements) for our Award Management Systems and CRM products
These features include new or existing features impacting existing or new technologies, data analytics, reporting
Collaborate with Salesforce Architect, Product Owner, Technical Lead, and other members of the agile teams in charge of the Award and CRM technologies
Participate in requirements gathering and design meetings. Understand the requirements, evaluate and recommend data and technology solutions
Build features roadmap for the implementation of the Award Management System and Salesforce CRM as digital products
Ensure requirements are converted to system and data infrastructure capabilities that are implemented by Agile Teams
Oversee and support build, test, and maintenance of Finance data and systems
Coordinate and implement system implementation and integration activities, vendor management, and project management of system build and implementation
Partner with architecture team and technical team in the solutioning of business problems using Technology
Partner with internal Technology teams to ensure projects that require Salesforce functionality in their solutions have their required features implemented and delivered on time
Oversee sourcing new software programs, implementation, contract renewals, and external vendor management
Perform impact assessments of releases and testing releases in test environment prior to coordinating the release of patches and/or upgrade to the production environment.
Facilitate system implementation, and determine best practices based on vendor recommendations and client's requirements.
Responsible for status reporting and communication to stakeholders and executive management.
REQUIRED
The ideal candidate should possess a strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and ideally its implementation in the nonprofit space
Ability to lead cross functional teams across Business and Technology
Ability to convert business requirements into data and technology solutions
Ability to lead a team of technical developers, quality assurance, and vendors in the implementation of solutions covering Award/Grant Management and Engagement
Strong project management
Strong Analytical skills
Process mapping and documentation
Effective advisory, presentation, and collaboration skills
