Mandatory Need ServiceNow Human Resoureces Service Delivery module (HRSD) deployment experience, best practices Knowledge of HR function, processes, and best practices. Deployment, hands on, technical, customer facing Intermediate to adv level skillset with development/administration. Management service portal, lifecycle Will lead the consulting and customization team for ServiceNow HR Service Delivery. Enhance manage employee services, employee onboarding/offboarding processes. modify existing Life Cycle Event workflows & services & continue support of future Benefits services workflows and enhancements. Implementation experience in HRSD, inclusive of Employee Case Management, Service Portal, Knowledge Management and Life Cycle events. Experience migrating functions/data from legacy toolsets to ServiceNow, as well as integrating legacy toolsets and Cloud products with it. Experience building custom automation workflows, RPA, and development of customized modules. Experience facilitating requirements discussions with internal and external stakeholders and third-party contributors in support of lead project managers. Working knowledge of organizational change management (including end user training), project management, customer service practices, Agile/Scrum concepts, and ITIL processes. Knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow-related JavaScript APIs. Soft skills expected include ability to manage multiple projects, understanding of matrixed organizations Preferred: ServiceNow Certifications strongly preferred (i.e. Implementation Specialist or other relevant certifications.
