Newly forming corporation seeking individual to help us meet our statutory requirement to have an un-related 3rd party act as our alternative contact in case none of us are reachable (called 'registered agent'). No business experience necessary, and if selected your only responsibility would be to let us know if anyone contacts you because they couldn't reach us .
