Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations and work of lower-level staff
Ensure compliance to organizational standards, including safety standards and client or customer communications
Monitor and provide feedback to managed staff to effect improvements in organizational goals
Truck orders and Inventory (Don't worry we will train you!)
Review and filter applications for potential new hires
Assist in interviewing applicants and confer with senior-level management on hiring process
Auditing paperwork and follow up on staff.
Qualifications
No Degree or experience necessary we will train you!
Food Handlers card is preferred but not necessary.
Leadership skills are a must.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with notable experience handling multiple projects and tasks is a must for the very fast paced work environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to positively interact with staff and clients is a must
Willingness to work extended hours and be on-call for other duties,
Need to be a team player.
Must have integrity, work ethic and be prompt!
As for the restaurant world we have great working hours. We close at 7:10pm and out by 8:00pm
