Rare Bird Coffee Roasters in Falls Church is a specialty coffee roaster and cafe and is locally owned and operated. We're currently looking for full- and part-time Baristas, as well as Food Coordinators! No experience? No problem! As long as you have a strong interest in coffee and/or food, we are always happy to train you; if you do have experience, we are excited to learn together and advance as a team!
