Bartender – GVINO WINE BAR (Leesburg, VA)
Compensation: $1,000 – $2,500 per week (based on experience and performance)

GVINO WINE BAR, a boutique wine destination in the heart of Leesburg, is looking for an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our team.
What You’ll Do:
Run the bar and create a welcoming, upscale atmosphere
Craft cocktails and serve wines with confidence and care
Demonstrate strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktail techniques
Provide exceptional service to guests
Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health standards
Assist with opening/closing duties and inventory
What We’re Looking For:
Prior bartending experience (wine bar or craft cocktail experience a plus)
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine
Excellent communication and hospitality skills
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
