Ambar Capitol Hill is hiring for a bartender/server position.
We are Balkan inspired tapas style restaurant known for serving unlimited food and drinks. We are very well established and consistently very very busy. The space is pretty small so everyone works together and helps each other out. Our server/bartender needs to have the skills and spirit to execute at the high level established by the team. - it's all about the team. We are pooled house which makes earnings very consistent, day to day, week to week, month to month.
Also we like to promote from within, currently all our bartenders started as servers and we had multiple FOH staff grow into management over the years.
A guiding principle of ours is "endless hospitality", all of our success stems how we treat each other.
You must be someone who genuinely loves interacting with guests, consistently helps out others on your team, and has a sincere commitment to giving excellent service.
