Dolcezza Gelato Fairfax is looking for new AND experienced baristas, gelato lovers, and those who geek out over quality food and eating local. These are full and part-time positions. Must be willing to work evenings and weekends. Must have reliable means of transportation.
We are looking for new baristas, and baristas who have experience using manual style espresso machines, and enjoy the excitement of working in a fast paced environment.
We are looking for people that work well under pressure, have a strong work ethic, and are able to adapt to change as necessary. Must be friendly and personable. Duties include, but are not limited to gelato scooping, crafting delicious espresso beverages as well as chemex coffees, providing excellent customer service to all guests, maintaining general store cleanliness, and cash handling.
