Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic Event Staff to support an upcoming event at 41580 Sunday Morning Ln, Leesburg, VA 20176. The ideal candidate will be professional, adaptable, and able to assist with a variety of tasks to ensure the event runs smoothly. This role involves supporting the event team in various capacities, including guest services, setup/teardown, and ensuring guests have a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with event setup, including arranging chairs, tables, and other materials.
Greet and assist guests with directions and general information.
Provide support during the event to ensure smooth operations.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues as they arise.
Assist with food and beverage service as needed.
Help with event teardown and cleanup after the event concludes.
Ensure all areas are maintained in a clean and organized manner throughout the event.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in event staffing or customer service is preferred but not required.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well with a team and follow instructions.
Must be punctual, dependable, and have a professional appearance.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
