ROBEKS FRUIT SMOOTHIES sells fruit smoothies, fresh juices and healthy snacks.
We are hiring shift leaders / store managers for our stores in the following locations:
- Alexandria (Kingstowne Shopping Center)
- Arlington (Shirlington Village Plaza)
- Reston (Reston Spectrum Plaza)
- Tysons (across from Greensboro Metro Stop)
- Herndon (Between Chipotle and Starbucks)
Shift Leaders and Managers work either an "opening" or "closing shift".
Opening shift is typically 6:30-2pm and the Closing shift is typically 2pm-9:30pm.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Supervisory experience in retail or restaurant environment preferred
- Restaurant experience preferred
- Virginia State Food Safety Certificate (you will be reimbursed for the cost of obtaining this if you do not already have this license).
- Reliable transportation
JOB DUTIES
- Handle all aspects of business including processing customer purchases, preparing food, explaining products to customers, and answering questions from customers
- Manage Associates working in store to ensure efficiency, high food quality and excellent customer service
- Train new Associates
- Perform openings and/or closings of the store
- Manage cash in register and prepare daily deposits
