St. Greg Kitchen in the St. Gregory Hotel is searching for line cooks. At present we are doing dinner only but intend to expand into breakfast and lunch in the coming months. Applicants should possess strong base cooking skills, work clean, efficient and have a good attitude.
We are an all scratch kitchen with a focus on butchery, charcuterie, fermentation, preservation and maximizing of products to produce great food. If you are looking to learn and be part of a fun and developing kitchen please apply.
