Vermilion Restaurant is looking for a dedicated and passionate line cook to join the team. Candidates should have a strong interest in food, cooking and a real desire to push and improve. A culinary degree is helpful but not necessary. A good attitude is a must.
Breads, pastas, stocks, sauces and ice creams are all made in house by a small team of professionals. Butchering of whole animals is done on site. During the summer fresh herbs are harvested from our rooftop garden. Be exposed to new and classic techniques and improve your culinary vocabulary. Be part of a team striving to produce beautiful and delicious food, all while getting a little better each day.
