Wine Director/Restaurant Manager
Rasika is a four star award winning restaurant( 2009-current) by Washington Post and rated top 20 restaurant by Washingtonian Magazine. Recipient of James Beard Award best chef Mid- atlantic. Rasika specializes in Modern Indian cuisine restaurant and is part of The Knightsbridge Restaurant group. We are seeking a professional Wine Director/Restaurant Manager.
The candidate must have a minimum of three years experience in a fine dining, high volume restaurant with a strong wine knowledge, excellent floor presence, computer literate and ability to lead a professional team on a daily basis. We are seeking a team player with a positive attitude and passion for the hospitality industry.
Knowledge of Indian cuisine is not required.
