Our fast growing Silver Spring dental practice seeks an X-ray Certified Dental Assistant. Come join our dynamic team, where we treat our patients like family!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Chairside assisting of dentist in all clinical procedures
Demonstrate knowledge of basic dental assistant duties, including knowledge of all clinical procedures and CDT codes
Understand all HIPAA and OSHA requirements and infection control procedures
Assist with inventory and supply ordering
Attend continuing education seminars and classes
Develop knowledge of electronic dental record (Eaglesoft) and other organization programs
Display knowledge of dental terminology
Qualifications:
Active Dental Radiation Technologist certification in Maryland
3 years experience, preferred
Trained in Eaglesoft practice management software, preferred
Friendly demeanor, positive attitude and strong work ethic
