We are a family dental practice located in Manassas, VA. We have an immediate opening for front desk/receptionist full time wincluding some Saturdays.
Job Summary:
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and computer skills
Confirming patients appointment
Handling patient's insurance information and benefit verification
Presenting treatment plans to patients
Greeting and check in patients
Submitting insurance claims
Collecting co-pays and checking out patients
Following up with pending insurance claims
Maintaining social marketing up to date
Qualifications:
Dentrix experience a plus
Dental office experience a plus
Spanish speaking
