A background in patient care is important. Resources will be provided to assist with goals. This would be a learning experience for the professional.
As conditions of food allergy increase your knowledge base will increase with alternatives and recommendations.
It would be expected that you meet with patient initially. Follow-up conversations with patient or guidance can be done through email or phone calls. This would give you flexibility in on-site scheduling.
