Our established practice is seeking to hire a part time Orthodontic
treatment coordinator with exceptional multi-tasking and time management
skills to join our team. Ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, responsible and have
excellent "people" skills!
Qualifications and Education Requirements: To successfully fulfill the
demands of this position, one must demonstrate:
1. The ability to interact with patients/parents and communicate
(verbally and in writing) with any varying dental professionals.
2. Analytical, problem solving, organizational skills to insure the on-
going growth of the Ortho Program.
3. Collections Tracking and monitoring, and any required patient follow
up.
4. Have detailed knowledge of dental insurances(PPO), service limits, and collections.
Experience Required:
Minimum of 3 years of work experience as an Orthodontic Treatment
Coordinator.
Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel.
