Skillful and Friendly Dental Office Manager Sought for an Excellent Team in Arlington
Our office is looking to complete our dental team with the addition of a dental office manager level team member.
Our office has multiple dentists and hygienists, as well as a full team of dedicated support team members.
We are looking for a dental office manager who excels in building and nurturing the production schedule, works well with patients, can explain treatment as well as financing, and generally being an excellent front office leader.
Some things that this new team member would not have to handle include book keeping, paying bills, insurance setup or breakdowns (for the most part), sending statements, and a few other tasks.
Our compensation and benefits package is quite robust, and includes retirement savings (with company match), bonus plans of various types, paid vacation time and holidays, and much more.
Also, we have a very "life / family-friendly" schedule, which ends each Friday at 3pm, has "normal" (non late- or early-hours), no weekend hours, etc.
