We are looking for a part time independent consultant (1099) to join our consulting firm. One of our non profit clients, in Fairfax County/Ft. Belvoir, outsources the majority of their human resources function to our firm. This includes recruiting, employee relations and workplace culture, performance management, benefits planning and compliance. The position is 20-25 hours per week, on site and virtual support. The consultant should have a friendly professional approach, strong client relations skills with about 5 years of varied human resources management experience.
