The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for assisting with property operations and completing all PM’s and tasks assigned by the Property Manager or Lead Engineer. Ideal candidates must have prior experience with controls, AHU's, towers, pumps, and large machinery. This position requires a strong work ethic, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment and maintain a professional courteous manner with all tenants, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees. Some on call and overtime hours are necessary.
