We’re a family-owned remodeling and design company specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, underpinning, and full-home renovations. Our team is dedicated to quality craftsmanship, precision detail, and exceptional client satisfaction. We’re seeking a skilled, hands-on Construction Foreman to lead residential remodeling projects throughout the DMV area.

What You’ll Do

Lead and work alongside construction crews on residential remodeling projects

Install tile, cabinetry, flooring, and finishes to a high standard of craftsmanship

Manage daily site operations, solve on-site challenges, and keep projects on schedule

Read and interpret construction plans and anticipate how design changes affect project flow

Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.)

Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with local building standards

Occasionally work Saturdays and travel independently to job sites in Southern MD, DC, and Northern VA

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling or construction

Proven skills in tile installation (required); underpinning experience strongly preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Spanish-speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply

Must have own tools, reliable work van, and liability insurance

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Certifications or formal credentials in construction or remodeling are a plus

Physical Requirements

Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Comfortable working on your feet, bending, and handling tools throughout the day

Capable of performing hands-on work in small or physically demanding spaces

Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized job site
