Countryside Pool Services is a growing local company seeking construction/ service technicians in the Leesburg/ Loudoun County, VA area. We specialize in opening, maintenance, repairs and winterizations and major renovations of residential swimming pools.
We are looking for individuals who take pride in what they do. The ideal person for this position will love to work outdoors.
Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.
General pool background experience preferred
Mechanical aptitude & problem solving
Excellent organization skills, quick learner, result-oriented, attention to detail, interpersonal and communication skills required. Team player with customer focus and self-motivated.
A working knowledge of construction principles, procedures, equipment and time factors.
Responsible for the care of company vehicle by keeping maintained, clean, and stocked; responsible for maintaining an accurate and proper level of inventory on the vehicle.
Maintain a professional appearance; be helpful and courteous to customers and other employees
Be in overall good health and able to carry up to 80 lbs. Walking, bending and lifting are required.
Ability to work weekdays and occasional Saturdays seasonally.
Desire to grow within a quickly expanding company.
Most importantly, possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Full time position. Year round position for qualified applicant. Salary dependent upon knowledge and performance. $14.00-$22.00 hr.
