Small but busy law firm seeks a Virginia licensed Attorney (Maryland license is a plus). Firm specializes in Immigration, Criminal Defense and Personal Injury. Applicant has to comply with the following:
⢠Must be licensed with the Virginia State Bar
⢠Must have reliable transportation
⢠Comfortable with represent clients in court
⢠Prepare and draft legal documents
⢠Negotiate settlements for accident cases
⢠Must be able to work independently AND without supervision
⢠Strict on deadlines.
⢠Minimum of 1 year experience is preferred but not required
⢠Familiarity with court systems, pleadings and procedural requirements
⢠Strong analytical and problem solving skills
⢠Ability to deal with clients
⢠Excellent research skills
⢠Excellent written and verbal communication skills
⢠Spanish speaking (preferred)
