About your new role:

This role is part marketing team, part sales team. You need to be experienced with sales, basic marketing, social media and email campaigns for this job. You need have prior experience with Business Related email campaigns

You will be responsible for running email campaigns and social media marketing programs. Specifically, you will be involving with four of the social media channels Microsoft supports (Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube) along with eMail campaigns. Our marketing campaigns are product specific. SQL Server 2016, SQL Azure, Excel 365, Word 2016¦etc.

We have the best marketing tools for your to use: Linkedin Sales Navigator, Insidview Enterprise Edition, ClickDimensions, Microsoft Marketing, Constant Contact and Dynamics 365 (CRM) and more.

We have extensive Digital Media assets. Much of our content is provided by Microsoft, so skilled delivery is important. Usually we customize as needed, you may product content.

We expect you to have a firm grasp of content marketing and demand generation and be able to manage multiple projects deadlines.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with demand generation over social channels, PPC programs, as well as analytics (primarily Google Analytics, Linkedin and Hubspot). Our customers are users of enterprise software, so experience in the tech sector is helpful.

Responsibilities

Social media strategy review the current programs Microsoft provides and adapt them to our needs. Or define the correct social media marketing approach.

Content creation - if you can't find it in the library of media assets you will have to developing social media content including blog posts, social media posts, PPC ad copy and landing pages.

Channel management - manage four of the six channels Microsoft supports: Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and Google+.

Analytics Be able to interpret data and modify the message until you have a desired result. measuring performance of campaigns and making optimization recommendations.

Sales Support and management working directly with the sales team on a daily basis driving demand generation for the team.

Requirements

1 -2 years' relevant marketing experience

Solid academic track record at least to an Associate degree level

Like marketing and enjoy working with people

Entrepreneurial with good business savvy

Good presentation skills

Imaginative, practical, proactive, mature approach

Creative, disciplined, curious, organized self-starter

Not afraid to work hard, be humble, ask questions, learn new things

This position is based in Tyson Corner, VA at 1964 Gallows Road, Vienna VA 22182. Near the Greensboro Metro, Hwy 495 and Route 7.
