A well established charitable health organization has an immediate opening for a Patient Services Associate.
The Patient Services Associate will provide customer service and administrative support to program participants and the department. This will include processing financial assistance applications and responding to inquiries about the applications. This is an ideal position for someone with 1 to 2 years of office experience or internships and an interest in non-profits.
Requirements:
BA or BS
Customer service and administrative support experience
Excellent data entry skills; both fast and accurate
Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook
Bilingual English/ Spanish is preferred, but not required
Location is walking distance from the White Flint Metro
This is a temporary to hire opportunity, paying $17/h during the temporary period and $37k plus benefits when hired perm!
Hours M-Thur 8:30-5; Friday 9:00-3:00 pm
