Our client, an association located in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary Membership Assistant to support their busy office!About You:A Bachelor?s degree is required for this role.1+ years of professional administrative experience.Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills required.Experience with NetForum or similar software is highly preferred.The Job:Manage and update the membership database (NetForum).Provide membership support via phone and email.Draft and create reports, newsletters, and other materials for members.Provide administrative support to the membership team.This is a temporary position that pays $15-$17/hour and is slated to last 1-2 months.
