Construction Company Seeks Admin Specialist.

Duties include: receiving email work orders from mgmt. companies, scheduling the repairs with the resident, sending the email or written work order to the technician on a phone app and processing the completed work orders into invoices.

Also communicate with the mgmt. companies and residents about the status of work orders and invoices.

Requirements: MUST SPEAK SPANISH! Excellent customer service skills to coordinate with mgmt. companies, and residents to facilitate work orders. A strong candidate will be able to learn the work order system app quickly. Also being familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel Spreadsheets and Quick Books will be a plus! Experience with construction and maintenance terminology is also preferred.

$16 to $22 per hr. based on experience - Call Dan 202 439 5211
