We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Assistant (Bilingual Spanish) to support our team and help ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative and clerical support, including answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling appointments.

Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors.

Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and handle travel arrangements when needed.

Assist with data entry, record keeping, and document management.

Support finance, sales, and service departments with day-to-day administrative needs.

Take photos of vehicles for website listings and maintain accurate online inventory.

Assist the service department with customer coordination, scheduling, and paperwork.

Perform other office duties as assigned to support team efficiency.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

1–3 years of administrative or office support experience (preferred but not required).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Basic photography skills and ability to use a smartphone or camera for vehicle photos.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Professional demeanor and customer service mindset.

Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
