Full time position (Mon-Fri) for Service Company (Raine & Son, LLC).
Seeking to fill the position of Operational Support Coordinator-This position requires excellent communication skills. Candidate must possess strong organizational skills, have the ability to multi-task and be focused on attention to detail while being able to work productively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Word and Excel are essential.
Assist with the day-to-day operations in both Administrative & Service Departments.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Verifying data on Service Tickets
Verify time on job tickets
GPS monitoring of the fleet
Obtain Permits Online
Schedule Inspections
Special Projects that require tracking updates for top customers in excel.
Back up assistance when a dispatcher is out
Cross Train on:
Contract Billing
Bank Deposits
T&M Billing
Collections
Assist with answering phones and directing all calls to appropriate parties and/or departments.
This is a full-time position with benefits. We are willing to train qualified individuals; however, a background in the Service Industry is a plus.
