Special Assistant

This is a special assistant role providing operational and administrative support for a digital agency lead. You are someone who is detail-oriented and loves creating, implementing and managing systems and processes to support bold ambitions and plans.
This is a virtual role calls to support business and personal details and requires someone who is proactive, solutions-orientated and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and written communication skills.
You must have demonstrated experience working remotely as a Virtual Assistant practicing discretion and sound judgement on behalf of a business owner. This is a part-time role, starting between 10-20 hours per month. Depending on how we work together, this could increase to more hours per month.
You can work anywhere in the United States/during east coast business hours. We communicate via email, video conference, chat, and phone.
Your duties will include handling business and personal details, including but not limited to: scheduling, travel logistics, fielding speaker requests, drafting correspondence, preparing pitch decks and reports, data entry, uploading social media posts, ordering groceries, and making personal appointments.
You will be responsible for setting up and managing systems and processes for tasks and actions that are recur regularly.
We will have a regularly recurring check-in at least once a week.
Required Experience
Since this is a virtual position, you must be a self-starter, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal oversight. Demonstrated experience as a virtual assistant for a business owner
Trustworthy with strong personal integrity, ability to hold discretion and practice sound judgement
Forward-thinker who can proactively handle circumstances and situations to head off any crisis situations
Exceptional ability to communicate progress on multiple projects and an ability to handle/field several emails and requests per/ day
Highly organized and efficient
Experience managing calendars, building travel itineraries, setting up meetings, structuring tick-tocks
Must be reachable during the hours of 8AM - 6PM Eastern and respond to messages in a timely manner
Top notch communication via email and phone, internally and with customers
Proven ability to prioritize tasks
Perfectionist, super attention to detail
Must be comfortable developing and working in a virtual relationship, and having a limited amount of face-time
