Our client, a real estate management firm, is seeking a temporary to hire Assistant Property Manager for their office in Tysons Corner, VA!About You:A Bachelor?s degree is required for this position.2+ years of commercial property management experience.Strong written and communication skills.Experience using real estate accounting applications (i.e. MRI, AMSI, YARDI, JD Edwards).Experience managing multiple projects and possess the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.The Job:Develop and maintain rapport with all tenant contacts and building staff.Create and process vendor agreements, handling all invoicing, payments, and collections.Assist with budget preparation and monthly financial reporting.Coordinate building needs for tenant move-in or move-out logistics.Provide additional support to the property as needed.This is a temporary to hire role that offers $22-$28/hour during the temporary period and converts to a salary of $55K-$65K for the permanent position, depending on experience.
