The Meyerson Group, Inc. is a small Property Management Company located in Bethesda, MD.

We need to add a new full time position.

We are looking for a highly organized individual to work with the Property Managers to handle maintenance requests from our Tenants. You will be responsible for coordinating with the Vendors, Tenants and Owners so that the repairs are completed.

You will also be in charge of any Contracts on our homes. This includes HVAC, Termite, Pest Control and others. You will coordinate with the Vendors, Tenants and Owners to insure that the terms of the Contracts are met and all work performed.

You will maintain schedules for final walk throughs and return of security deposits to insure that all of the functions are performed in a timely manner and that all deadlines are met.

You will assist with the marketing and leasing functions to ensure that all of the necessary paperwork is completed and correct.

You must possess strong communications skills and excellent computer skills. . Must have great follow through skills and great people skills, Must be a team player, able to work independently and efficiently and must be able to deal with multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. No day will be the same so you must be flexible and able to determine the priorities of that day.

Property management experience would be a plus but not necessary.

Every staff member plays very large role in our continued growth and reputation.

College Education Preferred.

Must be proficient in Word and Excel and Gmail.

Must feel comfortable with the office cats.
