AlphaOmega Properties, LLC is a Washington-DC based property management company. We are currently seeking a qualified high-paced professional to work under the supervision of the company's owner and to assist with day-to-day operations. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for all Tenants. In addition, the position will also entail answering incoming phone calls, processing large batch mailings, interacting with contractors, data entry into Rent Manager property management software/spreadsheet maintenance, and other general administrative functions as needed or assigned.

The Property Management Assistant (PMA) is also responsible for collecting/processing monthly rents and participating in the maintenance administration process for our properties, which includes periodic property inspections and scheduling vendors for maintenance/repairs.

The ideal candidate must also possess exceptional written communication (including grammar, spelling and formatting) and verbal communication, commitment to high degree of detail, demonstrates the ability to complete a high-volume of work, ability to plan and prioritize continuously throughout the day, and an absolute commitment to good customer service and client satisfaction.

Compensation- $21.50- $23.50 hourly

Minimum Qualifications:

2 years previous related experience.

Bi-Lingual (Spanish) a plus

A valid driver's license and personal vehicle with the ability to participate in the emergency on-call rotation.

Background check and drug screen required

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required.

Knowledge of Rent Manager software a plus.

Knowledge of HCVP/other local housing programs desired
