You can also find properties via word of mouth, walking around neighborhoods or letting friends and family know.

we are a real estate investment company looking for properties in all 5 boroughs of New York City as well as in Washington, DC, Maryland and northern Virginia.
you will get paid $1,000-$1,500 per property that you refer to us that we close on.
