Busy, four-person Georgetown residential property management firm handling specialized market of historic townhouses and two-to-four unit buildings. The candidate will be responsible for: showing properties, negotiating leases, communicating with contractors and tenants, diagnosing problems with houses, among many other tasks. Must be unflappable and level headed and have interest/experience in the inner workings and maintenance of houses. Real estate license helpful.
