Job requirements - applicant must have knowledge of all aspects of a home renovation and remodeling project. Must be hard working, organized and a self starter

MUST have 3 years project management and Residential construction experience.
Position requires both field and office time.
Must have a valid drivers license and transportation
Tasks include
-Preparing and reconciling budgets
-Writing scope of works
-Interviewing and managing sub contractors
-Selecting and ordering materials-Inspecting job sites
-Managing timely completion of jobs and punch list item
-Must have knowledge of permitting process
-Must have proficiency in MS excel, Word and industry software
Qualifications and Skills
Must have 3 years Residential Construction Project Management Experience to be considered
