We are a wine and spirits store in DC and we looking for a full time and a part time cashier/stock person to start immediately. You should have working knowledge of liquor/beer/wine and be able help customers making their selections in the store. Preferences will be given to those who have CSW, CSS, WSET, Cicerone or Court of Sommelier certifications, regardless of the level. These are 2 separate jobs and please specify which one you would like to be considered by stating FT for full time or PT for part time in the subject line of the email when you apply. We are metro accessible from Union Station and Judiciary Square. We are looking for hard working and dependable team members to join our growing team. Previous cashier or stock experience is requested and references will be checked.
Full Time: Tuesday through Saturday 12:00 pm to 8 pm
- Able to handle cash and credit card transactions with great accuracy
- Able to lift heavy boxes and help shelf items
- Able to showcase great customer service skills
- Able to help customers make their selections in a friendly and courteous manner
Part Time: Saturday anytime and during the week negotiable
