Middle C Music, DC's only full-service music store, is seeking a friendly, knowledgeable person to join our staff.
Now in our 16th year of business, Middle C Music is a community music store that serves and promotes Washington musicians of all ages and skills.
We are the only full service music instrument retail store in Washington, D.C.
We have an exciting opportunity open to manage our print music department. The preferred candidate will have a college degree, must be able to read music, and a strong background with print music.
The job description also includes but is not limited to selling and renting musical equipment, general inventory maintenance, signing up and handling customer inquiries into our lesson program and maintaining a large print music inventory.
We are looking for a person who is dependable, can follow instructions and pays great attention to detail. We are a busy shop and while training will be provided, musicians and/or music majors are preferred.
Our employees learn to work with Pro Audio, Digital Pianos, Guitars and Amplifiers, Drums and Percussion, Brass and Woodwind, Orchestral Strings and other musical instruments/equipment.
