Proper Topper -- a local gift, book, clothing, jewelry, home decor, plant/garden, baby/kids', and hat boutique with a focus on sustainable and handmade goods -- is seeking bright, energetic, self-motivated retail sales associates for our Cathedral Commons and Dupont Circle locations.
The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, is organized and able to work independently, and is comfortable with point-of-sale technology. She or he should have a great sense of style and interest in learning the stories behind our varied collection. Social media and marketing skills are a plus, and there is opportunity to expand the job in this area for the right person.
