Guard needed for Apartment community for our Airbnb units. There are only 4 ABB units total at this full apartment complex. We have noise technology in each unit that alerts us when it reaches a certain decibel. There is the occasional overnight guest that's too loud. If we are unable to reach the guest by phone, we will then call upon the guard to visit the property. 95% of cases end when the guard arrives to tell them to quiet down and answer the calls and messages. Occasionally the guard asks the guest to leave immediately if there is a party or other illegal activity. The guard must be uniformed upon arrival. The guard cannot use verbal or physical force. If the guest does not comply, the guard will use local police to remove the guest. In most cases, people are playing music or watching tv and are unaware that they are too loud. Our noise sensors will alert us to contact them. If they do not respond, we call security. The guard is paid $50 every time he or she drives to the property for a disturbance....and $50 per hour while there. Most cases end immediately once the guard arrives.
