Luxury high-rise condominium community in Alexandria, VA seeks full-time Patrol Services Officer for 2:30 - 11 p.m. shift.
Must be able to communicate effectively and courteously with residents, guests, management and co-workers, both orally and in writing; possess ability to exercise good judgment under normal and emergency circumstances; and present a professional demeanor and appearance.
Prior security experience preferred, but those with strong customer service skills and experience may also be considered. Dependability a must. Weekends and holiday duty hours required; OT possible, and department is considered "essential personnel" in times of severe weather (snow) or other emergencies.
Position requires background check and drug testing.
