PROJECT MANAGER
A fast-paced, rapidly growing construction company has an immediate opening for a dynamic self-starter with at least 3 years of experience in asphalt and concrete sales/project management. Responsibilities include managing and growing existing company accounts while identifying and securing new accounts. The project manager will oversee all stages of the sales process from proposal to execution and completion of the work. Marketing support is provided. Candidates must possess strong communication, negotiating and time management skills as well as an aptitude for problem solving and the ability to determine solutions for customers using a consultative sales approach. This is a full-time position that requires a flexible schedule. Knowledge of property management clients and Microsoft CRM is a plus. Knowledge of asphalt paving and maintenance as well as concrete is a must for this position.
Pay structure is based on experience and includes the ability to earn uncapped commissions. Candidates must provide references and salary history. Full benefits to include: health, dental, vision, matching 401k and more.
